SB 12                                                                        
The following was read the second time:                                        
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 12                                                            
"An Act classifying anadromous streams and tributaries; relating              
to the designation of riparian areas; establishing buffers on certain          
streams and relating to slope stability standards on certain streams;          
and requiring retention of low value timber along certain water                
bodies where prudent."

Representative Foster moved and asked unanimous consent that SB 12             
be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final         
passage.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                         
                                                                               
SB 12 was read the third time.                                                 
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall SB 12 pass the House?"  The roll was
